The Imagine Lab is a unique facility in Stamford, Connecticut that combines elite real estate training with state-of-the-art technology and client-based hospitality education. Its primary purpose is to help real estate professionals, whether new to the industry or a seasoned veteran, be exceptional in their careers using revolutionary techniques, education, and personalized support. 

With an intensive focus on real estate and hospitality, The Imagine Lab empowers real estate agents to be innovative leaders in their field by offering two distinct program paths:

  • The New Agent Program is a full immersion designed for agents beginning their real estate careers. These agents work from the facility while covering their respective areas during a 60-day program that accelerates their earning potential and early success. Its primary purpose is to help real estate agents become exceptional professionals in the industry by learning the critical fundamentals in a revolutionary new way.
  • The Direct-Support Concierge Program is designed for real estate agents joining the company from other firms. This 60-day program supports the transitioning agent by providing a personal concierge to help facilitate the move; orienting them to company tools, brand awareness, and cutting edge sales techniques; and advising on best practices to enable them to move to the next level of success.

Both paths are taught by industry experts and offered onsite and online. Our signature CRUSH sales model provides a comprehensive understanding of real estate sales skills, marketing, social media, customer service, and sales psychology for agents striving to be among the top in their field.
